A place to slow down.
To breathe. To come back to yourself.

A peaceful wellness campus for practitioners, members, and day guests across North Georgia.

Wynhaven Wellness Community Center is a calm, nature-connected space built for two communities: wellness practitioners who need a professional place to serve clients, and local residents who need a place to slow down, breathe, and feel supported.

A Haven for Healing, Rest, and Connection

Wynhaven is not a clinic, spa, gym, or office building. It is a wellness community center where care, nature, and everyday restoration come together in one thoughtful setting. Practitioners can meet clients in a space that feels professional without feeling cold. Members and day guests can enjoy quiet indoor lounges, outdoor seating, walking areas, gardens, and simple moments of peace that are hard to find in daily life.

The goal is simple: create a place where people feel safe, welcome, and able to come back to themselves.

Two ways to experience Wynhaven

For practitioners

Private and shared wellness suites for therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, and wellness professionals who want a peaceful practice home without the pressure of a traditional solo lease.

For members & day guests

A restorative wellness campus where locals can read, rest, walk, enjoy coffee or tea, sit outside, attend future events, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive environment.

Wellness suites for lease on the Forsyth-Dawson county line

For practitioners, Wynhaven offers more than square footage. It offers a professional setting, a calming client experience, and a community of like-minded providers who value healing-focused work.

The space is ideal for wellness professionals who want to grow their practice without managing a full office build-out, isolated lease, or large overhead commitment.

Practitioner benefits

Wellness memberships and day passes in North Georgia

Wynhaven is not about workouts, appointments, or packed schedules. It is about having a peaceful place you can return to when your mind and body need space. A membership gives recurring access; a day pass is a simple way to try it first.

Quiet indoor lounges

Coffee, tea, and light snacks for reading, reflection, or quiet work.

Outdoor Hammocks & Gardens

Seating areas and green spaces for rest, conversation, and fresh air.

Koi Pond & Walking Trail

A butterfly garden and trail that bring nature into your routine.

Outdoor Kitchen & Stage

A performance area for future workshops and community nights.

Built around community, not just amenities.

Amenities matter, but they are not the full story. Wynhaven is being built as a community where the environment supports both the practitioner and the person seeking care, rest, or connection.

That means the experience should feel easy from the first visit. A practitioner can welcome clients into a setting that already feels calming. A member can come in without needing to explain why they need quiet. A day guest can experience the space before deciding whether to make Wynhaven part of their routine.

As events and workshops are added, the campus will continue growing into a community hub for wellness, education, and meaningful local connection in Dawson County.

Meet Wendy Skinner

Founder of Wynhaven

Wynhaven is led by Wendy Skinner, Founder and Community Director. Her background in healthcare and wellness helped shape the vision for a space that supports both providers and the people they serve.

After years of seeing practitioners carry the pressure of running a practice alone, and seeing community members look for places that felt truly restorative, Wendy wanted to create something different: a shared haven where healing work could happen in a more supported way.

Her vision is practical and personal. Wynhaven gives practitioners room to grow, while giving the community a peaceful place to rest, connect, and feel welcome.
