A space built for the work you do and the clients you serve
Wellness suites, treatment rooms, consult spaces, and shared campus amenities for therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, and wellness professionals in Cumming, Dawsonville, Dawson and Forsyth County, and North Georgia
A practice home built for people who help others
Running a wellness practice can be meaningful work, but it can also feel heavy when you are doing everything alone. Many practitioners outgrow coffee-shop meetings, home-office limits, and hourly room rentals that do not always match the care they want to provide.
Wynhaven Wellness Community Center is being created for practitioners who want a more supportive way to practice. It gives wellness professionals a calm, professional setting where they can meet clients, build trust, and grow without carrying every part of a traditional office lease on their own.
The setting is professional enough for client care and warm enough to feel restorative. Your clients can arrive somewhere calm, receive support, and leave with space to breathe before returning to daily life.
What Wynhaven offers practitioners
Wynhaven is a 12,000 sq ft wellness campus designed for two connected communities: practitioners who need a professional place to serve clients, and members or day guests who need a place to rest, reconnect, and feel supported.

Wondering whether your practice is a good fit?
Let’s explore how Wynhaven can support your clients, your work, and the experience you want to create.
Who is a good fit for Wynhaven?
Wynhaven is a good fit for practitioners whose work aligns with calm, ethical, supportive, and wellness-centered care. The goal is especially suited for providers who want a professional setting without a cold or clinical feel.
- Therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals who need a private, comfortable place for client sessions.
- Massage therapists, bodyworkers, and somatic practitioners who want treatment rooms in a peaceful environment.
- Health coaches, life coaches, nutritionists, and functional wellness providers who need a polished place to meet clients.
- Yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound, and movement practitioners who may want space for sessions or small workshops.
- Independent wellness professionals who are growing and want community, visibility, and a more grounded practice home.
Why Wynhaven is different from a traditional office lease
Traditional office lease
- Longer terms, build-out decisions, more upfront responsibility.
- Can feel clinical, isolated, or disconnected from the client experience.
- You manage furniture, waiting areas, atmosphere, and shared spaces alone.
- Referral and community opportunities depend entirely on your own network.
Generic coworking space
- Built for laptops and general business use, not client care.
- May not offer the privacy or calm needed for client sessions.
- Shared spaces may not match the tone of healing-focused work.
- Community may not be aligned with wellness care.
Wynhaven wellness center
- Built specifically for wellness professionals who see clients in person.
- A calm, nature-connected setting with practitioner and client amenities.
- Shared lounges, gardens, and outdoor spaces support the full client experience.
- Like-minded providers create natural visibility, connection, and referral opportunities.
A better client experience from arrival to session
The environment around a session matters. A client may arrive stressed, tired, uncertain, or emotionally full. The way a space feels can either add more tension or help the nervous system settle before the work begins.
At Wynhaven, the client experience is part of the design. Quiet indoor areas, outdoor seating, gardens, walking space, and a slower campus rhythm help create a sense of ease. That can make the transition into a therapy room, bodywork appointment, coaching consult, or wellness visit feel more natural.
For practitioners, this means you are not starting from zero every time a client walks in. The space already communicates care, calm, and intention.
Meet Wendy Skinner
Wynhaven is led by Wendy Skinner, Founder and Community Director. Her background in healthcare and wellness helped shape the vision for a space that supports both providers and the people they serve.
After years of seeing practitioners carry the pressure of running a practice alone, and seeing community members look for places that felt truly restorative, Wendy wanted to create something different: a shared haven where healing work could happen in a more supported way.
Her vision is practical and personal. Wynhaven gives practitioners room to grow, while giving the community a peaceful place to rest, connect, and feel welcome.
