About Wynhaven
Wynhaven Wellness Community Center is a 12,000 sq ft wellness campus created for two connected communities: practitioners who need a peaceful professional space, and members or day guests who need a place to slow down, breathe, and feel supported.
Located at 6470 GA 400N, Cumming, GA 30028 on the boundary of North Forsyth and South Dawson County, Wynhaven brings together practitioner spaces, memberships, day passes, indoor lounges, outdoor gardens, and future community gatherings in one calm, nature-connected setting.
The purpose is simple: to create a place where people can feel safe, welcome, and able to come back to themselves.
A space Wendy wished existed
Wynhaven began with a practical and personal vision from Wendy Skinner, founder and community director. After years in healthcare and wellness, Wendy saw a need that kept showing up in different ways.
Practitioners needed a professional place to serve clients without carrying the full pressure of a traditional office lease, build-out, or isolated practice environment. At the same time, local residents needed a peaceful place to rest, read, walk, enjoy nature, and feel connected without needing a clinical appointment or fitness routine.
Wynhaven is Wendy’s answer to that need. It is not being created as a cold office building, a busy gym, or a one-size-fits-all wellness business. It is being shaped as a community-centered campus where care, nature, and everyday restoration can meet.
Meet Wendy Skinner
Wendy Skinner is the founder and community director of Wynhaven Wellness Community Center. Her background in healthcare and wellness helped shape the vision for a space that supports both the people who provide care and the people who seek rest, support, and connection.
Wendy understands that healing-focused work needs more than four walls. Practitioners need rooms that feel professional and calm. Members and guests need more than amenities; they need a place that gives them permission to pause.
Her vision is grounded and human: give wellness professionals room to grow, while giving the local community a place to breathe, gather, and feel welcome.
